Artist Statement
“Multiplicity” would be the best word to use to describe the themes and processes that I use in my work as a fine art photographer. I make photographs to better understand my reality and to express my interpretation of the world around me. My choice of subject comes from a place of intuition and a desire to seek the unknown story that lies within everything I photograph. I sometimes manipulate original images as I personally explore them in a spiritual interpretation of their existence and effect on my life. There are great photographs waiting to be found every day and everywhere and it is my hope that I may use my God given talents to bring some to view. Hopefully, we will all have a greater appreciation for life through the process.

Biography
Born in western Pennsylvania, Gary was inspired by both his father’s photographic skills and his mother’s artistic talent. But it wasn’t until after he graduated from Elizabethtown College that he began to develop his own mediums for self-expression. He received formal training in wedding photography at Foschii Studios in Linwood, NJ and remained working there for 10 years. Today, Gary continues as a self-taught fine art photographer delving deeper into the more creative aspects of presenting his works in traditional realism, impressionism and total abstraction.
